Yea.. had this been Vince it would have went on as Rock vs Roman. There would be no new Bloodline more than likely. Cody probably wins the World title but his credibility would be shot and Seth’s probably would be too after loosing four straight to Cody. Cody would not be the man in the company, Reigns would probably still be champion but it would definitely be in “overstaying your welcome” territory.
I feel like the whole issue of what's real/not real/work/not work/kayfabe has gotten too convoluted. Even if shyt was real (how WM41 came together)...a lot of fans STILL won't believe it.
Watchin now. Yeah I'm so glad they pivoted and it worked out the way it did. I don't it would've turned out better any other wally had those pieces not been in place.
