Worst and Most Overrated Comedians of All Time

I remember when white people really wanted Dane Cook to be a thing. Glad that didn’t last long.

Seinfeld stand up is meh.

Kevin Hart early shit hilarious but the last few years he’s been hit or miss.

Carlos Mencia/George Lopez are just horrible.

Chris Tucker is a funnier actor than he ever was a stand up.

George Lopez, ew...

I could name plenty of Canadian and French speaking Europeam comedians I don't found funny, but no around here besides a few people would ever found out who the hell I am talking about either way.

Never understood the Tracey Morgan hype. Dude is more stupid than funny.
This. Tracy Morgan was only funny on Martin as hustle man. He seem like one of those dudes white people like cause he don't mind being the stereotype. He's never said anything funny or clever that I've seen.

Speaking of which, add Leslie Jones in that mix too. She's a walking stereotype. It's cool to be who you are if that's just who you are, but it looks like she tries to be a stereotype.

Adam Sandler, really?

I mean yes he's now overrated, but he's a different type of overrated comedian. He used to be funny, but become all lazy and cringe as soon as his fellow Jewish brethren started liking him and sucking his money. Hood wiggas being hood wiggas.

First few times I ever saw Chappelle I thought dude was annoying as shit. In the early days of Comedy Central (92-93) they had this show where they would do clips of random comedians all with the same topic. They used to throw Chappelle in there periodically and I would always be like "This nigga ain't funny in the least bit". When he showed up in Robin Hood Men In Tights I just pegged him as the Black "white boy" comedian and didn't pay him any attention for years.

Margaret Cho - I'll never understand how she ended up with her own TV show
Ellen Cleghorne - same for her
Jerry Seinfeld - dude has NEVER been funny
Tracy Morgan - Nuff said
Ellen Degeneres - Her standup was pretty fuckin terrible.

I always felt hollywood really really tried to and still do a little bit to force Sarah Silverman on to the public and make her a star and that bitch has always been a horrible.

They did that with Tone Bell. Dude has had like 3 shows get cancelled in the 4-5 years. But they still kept giving his unfunny ass a shot.

Aries Spears-I've said it for a while now he ran that "rapper freestyle" bit into the ground
Katt Williams- Was funny at first then he started repeating the same jokes in his specials. Alot of people only boost him up because they now dislike Kevin Hart
Jerry Seinfeld- Most enjoyable anything Seinfeld ever did was hearing how Wale pieced together those bits for his More About Nothing mixtapes
Cory Holcomb- I just don't find jokes about being the creepy old dude at your teenage daughter's sleepover funny and that's been his "thing" for a good decade plus now

You found Chappelle annoying?

Yeah, his pre-Robin Hood: Men In Tights standup was barely chuckle worthy. We're talking very early 90's. They used to play clips from dude at various comedy clubs and his shit wasn't hittin' with me plus he stayed extra animated and the shit was fuckin annoying watching him.

Well, I wasn't even born yet during his pre-Robin Hood years. I am more familiar with I growing up watching his fewer memorable film roles in the 1990s and his later stand-ups.

I wasn't the biggest Chapelle fan either. I thought he was corny as fuck until I saw his HBO special. That shit was funny. Even after that I had to watch a few episodes of the Chapelle Show before I got into. The Niggar Family was the first skit that I saw. I wasn't quite sure how to handle it at first. Initially I was pissed off then I figured out what he was trying to do and how he was going about it.

I understand why Chappelle walked away from his show. There's a very thin line between someone laughing with you and someone laughing AT YOU. When it's done right it's genius but any little deviation takes you to the land of coonery and bafoonery. Chappelle walked that line perfectly but the moment he felt that he was tipping in the wrong direction or that it could be PERCEIVED that he was going in the wrong direction he pulled the plug. I learned to respect Chappelle and his art.
