Workout Music

I listen to gangster rap when i work out.

The albums that have been in rotation at the gym are "Bow Down" by Westside Connection "The Infamous" by Mobb Deep as well as "Hell On Earth".

Sometimes I will listen to rock like System of A Down.

i tend to like my music kinda upbeat, possibly bass heavy, but something that will match my intensity

It's not hip hop.. but dragonforce storming the burning fields and through the fire and flames get me going god mode at the gym

I go whole albums and zone out by creating videos for each song. Before I know it, I look at the clock as 45 minutes has passed.

But the list goes

Gunit-Beg For Mercy

Drake-More Life

2pac-Me Against The World, Till The End Of Time, Are You Still Down

BG-It’s All On You, Chopper City In the Ghetto

Tyler the Creator-Wolf, Goblin

My workout albums as of now are:

Run the Jewels 1-3
Westside Connection - Bow Down
Chino XL - Here to Save you All
Big L - Lifestyles of the poor and dangerous
Slipknot - Slipknot, Vol. 3, Iowa
System of a Down - All albums
Killer Mike - Rap Music
Celph titled and Buckwild - Nineteen Ninety Now
Mobb Deep - The Infamous/Hell On Earth
Atmosphere - You Cant Imagine How Much Fun We're Having
Pusha T - Daytona
Jericho Jackson - Jericho Jackson
Reason - There You Have It
Nipsey Hussle - Victory Lap
Conway - GOAT and Reject on Steroids

More that im probably spacing out on.

I dont even really have a playlist...

whatever I feel like listening to at the time

I will say this my song selections are different during my strength training vs cardio

I find myself listening to more uptempo R&B during cardio and I will sing with no fux given

it helps my breathing

when im lifting I lean more towards hip hop and also some rock as well
