i loathe running unless im refereeing, but this would serve 2 purposes in one

remind me, the windmill is where the ball is placed on one side of you, you bend to pick it up, swing it overhead to the other side of you back on the floor right?
 
@Reesey, how did you manage to deal with this issue?

I had to wear 2 sports ( Nursing) bras

They are designed for nipple comfort due to breastfeeding they have the open spots/Slots to keep my nipples somewhat free but secured my breasts.

When I shrunk, they did too and now I only need one

Well I was super ROUND when i first showed up on here (The IC) at 235lbs I was a 40 DDD.

Now I am 204lbs and a 36 DD

Not mad though.. Much needed extra /bad weight released.

I’m headed to the trail to try my hand at running. I ain’t did this shit in forever and this sun about to help me sweat so I can feel like I did something.
