Work out challenge!

Great Idea!

Im currently cutting for a physique competition in Tuscon in July, so if anyone wants to jump in on my cardio days let me know. You'll need a slam ball and jump rope.

edit...wait..shit...i think i left my jumprope at the old house...FML!!!

but i can get another one...fuck i left my stretch bands too...SHIT man
 
i got resistance bands w/ me right now for the lil office workouts

are we posting that too?

The workout takes about 30-45 minutes.

Warm up is with the jump rope.

Exercise is will be
3 sets of windmill slams 24 reps
3 sets of jump squat slams 24 reps
3 sets of push ups diamond, wide and regular 24 reps

All at my pace.
You will sweat so have a jug of water handy.
I may throw in a surprise exercise sometimes as well.

ahhhh YEA...I rmember this

I can do this on my time then. I just need to be reminded of how the movements look. I think i can assume based on the name, but I can actually do this this evening after I drop my daughter off

you will be tested and want to quit, but you gotta keep going. keep you a stopwatch or clock or whatever near so you cant cheat yourself

Question: are you doing 3sets of one exercise then rest, or 1 tri-set then rest?
 
nah, extreme cardio has always been my worst

damn near passed out plenty days with the trainer

that lil 2 mins here 1 min there be killing me....but I get it

thats why they (ap and black) so adamant about the stop watch and keeping it going.....cuz working out alone its hard to push yourself to jump into that next set when you can already see your heartbeat and shit
