I personally feel Section 80 is a mixtape but most people consider that an album. Then GKMC would be his 2nd album.

Also Wayne's 1st isn't his best. C2 is.

There’s some truth to this...can’t remember who said it but I remember a rapper saying you got ya whole life go into your 1st album and then every other album after that it’s usually just your life a year or 2 at a time...that’s why your 1st album can sometimes be people’s best work...

That’s why there’s certain artists like The Gza and Mobb Deep that can’t be listed cuz they dropped early albums a little bit before more known “mainstream” debut classics...
