Anybody in here got a FRT on anything, if so what's your thoughts or opinions on them. I want one but paying $450 before tax and shipping sounds like a lot

I'm debating on copping either an FRT or a Super Safety for my AR. Might wait until I build another one and cop one of the two, but that's only if my next joint is running 5.56. I've been giving serious thought to building a .350 Legend pistol lately, don't know how well either would work on something like that.

I want something that can pull double-duty for defense and hunting. .350 Legend being a straight walled cartridge means I can use it for hunting in this part of the state. Can't use 5.56/.223 for deer in this state whatsoever.

Patience is one thing I learned when it comes to guns and ammo.. wait for w/e to go on sale or pay to much for that instant satisfaction. Not like you cant use your ar in the meantime in its current configuration.

Good point, I recently got the itch again and started to od on collecting, it's so bad I'm researching crossbows just because I don't own one
