Donald Trump has interesting history with black people. He's not a friend to black people, but he's always saw value in black people. The problem is that he's always been a conman and only truly cares about people as much as he can use them to his own ends. Remember when he first ran for president and started wildin' out, there were a lot of famous black people trying to walk back their friendships with him. Tyson just ain't that kinda person. In his mind, Trump has always been good to him, so he doesn't care about any of that other shit.
