I would take raw talent. You can learn and teach how to be hardworking. Take singing for example. You either can or or can't and some can just do alright. Ciara is alright at best. But no matter how many hours she spends with a voice coach, she can never be like a Witney Houston, Jill Scott and any other person with a strong voice. Being a competitive hardworker is a curse. Because you know when you reached your zenith and realized you can never catch or keep up with that one person who is natutally gifted and is a hard worker.
