It was always a scam for white women to exploit. Basically it created a bunch of executive or management positions that white women monopolized. Even white women fresh out of college were snagging those jobs

Why are we crashing out and the DEI program didn't benefit black folks anyways?

I'm just asking, who actually got the jobs the most? I know dayum well it wasn't black folks

White women and the LGBT crowd. We only get mentioned when they get into a policy debate. Same way AA helped white women 90% and us 10%.

Boycotting is pointless, people should do what many have tried for decades and support black owned businesses/corps. We have a $1 trillion+ GDP, imagine if we used that on our own, and not spent it on companies who could care less
