That's debatable, cuz those 2010 guys you've mentioned have reached heights those 80s acts have gotten no where near. And that's why there's more than one criteria, once u include catalog and lyricism it's a different story.
Honestly I think it’s difficult to compare 1980’s Hip Hop to 2010’s Hip Hop of today...that like comparing 1950’s NBA to today NBA game...The fundamentals of the art/game is still there but the craft is tremendously broader from yesterday years
