I think its pretty obvious that 80s rappers made a bigger impact than modern 2010+ rappers. I mean you could erase Kendric, J Cole and Drake and modern Hip Hop would sound the same. But if you erase Grandmaster Flash, Run Dmc and LL Cool J it changes everything.

You are making a judgement on Cole and Kendrick while they're still young in the industry of course there isn't a impact to that level

That's debatable, cuz those 2010 guys you've mentioned have reached heights those 80s acts have gotten no where near. And that's why there's more than one criteria, once u include catalog and lyricism it's a different story.
