COMMUNITY When Is It Okay To Two Piece Your Child?

My son used to get spanked all the time cause his ass was wild as hell and hard headed. My oldest daughter I still hadn't laid a hand on. Figured no man would ever lay a hand on my daughter, not even me...





Until I had my youngest daughter. She my son all over again. Got to pop her from time to time. I've never gone ham on either of them, just pops on the bottom and hands.
 
My son tests me constantly but I find taking away his games console is better than violence, I am trying to bring him up to be a good man and don't want him to be violent so I have to lead by example and not be violent, we will be doing some self defense activity tho so he's not a complete pussy.
 
Been there. Got a 16 yr son who had a temp lapse in reality. He bucked up and found himself on the ground gettin choked out.

Been cool ever since.

I actually hated I had to do it later on, but he had it coming. The problem is he lived with his momma until he was 13. She let him get away with murder and disrespect so it was always a constant reprogramming when he was in my care. Now since he's been living with me full time, I've had to undo a whole lotta shit. He fucked up and he knows it. But he also knows I love him.........and will always remember that Im a Eastside Detroit nigga
 
i have and i would do the shit again.

long story very short.......his mother told him he didnt have to listen to me and told him to go and get one of his football coaches to come to talk to me.

while i was waiting for him, i saw him and his coach walking towards my car.....he didnt know i already saw the texts from his mother the day before.

i get out the car fuming.

he going to come up to me and say "my coach has a few words for you". i floored his ass. and then i went after the coach....nigga was moving back so fast he almost fell...

the coach saying he just was there to make sure nothing happened but wasnt expecting me to do that.

me and the coach chatting for a bit, he apologized , we shook hands and walked away.

my son never attempted that shit again and he got right ever since.

i was known as the crazy black parent.....and the judge seen the texts just in case any shit came my way.

say what yall want. fuck it......like i said, i would do the shit again if put in that same situation.
 
so @DOS_patos why you deck your son? its alot of details missing. and dont tell me you decked him cause his moms told him not to listen to you and get his coach. you should of decked his moms instead.

and i dont have any children but i would knock them the fuck out if they got out of pocket.
funny story: my pops was the type to put fear of god....naw fear of him in your heart. had the stares and all...so when i was sixteen that nigga wanted me to do something and i didnt and we started rubbing shoulders. he told me,"boy you better knock me out if you swing." lets just say i went back to my room....that nigga had some big ass biceps and i was kind of scrawny

the coach backed down and wanted to talk.

but a child must never bring anyone to talk to you to get out of being in trouble.

every male has a time when they challenge their father....and things need to be dealt with accordingly.

he over did it, trying to get out of trouble

think about that for a second.
but i left certain details out for a reason but....if you ever have kids..never allow your fatherhood to be challenged.

i am not proud of what i did...but you never go against a person that fought like hell to give you better life.

with some kids they need to know things can get outta hand very fast.

so if someone tells him to go get a gun to get out of trouble...is it ok for him to do it?

as since you have a child that you would never beat...ok cool. but what if your childs father said..the next time she yells at you, pull a knife on her.

while you would go after the father....what would you do with your kid who has the knife to you off of a command from the father?

His mother told him to do it, not some random person in the street so that whole "if someone told him grab a gun" bullshit doesn't apply. His MOTHER told him to do it so he was listening to her. You being mad at him was wrong, you not thinking so doesn't mean that it really wasn't wrong.
