I know a person who was a HR rep at a company the manager leaves .... she applies for her job .... long story short they hire some cac who worked at Best Buy for the job ... she quit right then and there ... took it to the EEOC ... they were so appalled by the shit... they took the case themselves.... almost 6 years later they still negotiating a settlement amount
