I stopped watching nigga babble shows like power and the chi. Also stopped watching horror or hyper violent films. I try not to have too much of that shit in my orbit.

- Staying off social media...ie. Twitter/Facebook/TT. I only deal wit IG just for the searches. Other than that, I'm here.
I do this when I have to lock in with work/personal shit and the benefits are so fulfilling it lasts long after I already hit my goals.

I would even say an Internet/social media 'fast' is just as important as a food fast.

I f'd up getting back on twitter but I'm due for another fast.
 
Nature. Going hiking in the mountains or woods really gives me clarity.

Writing. Being able to be creative really takes me to another world. Im bout to get into painting.

Traveling. Going to another country brings me peace.

Therapy. This was a great addition to elevate my happiness.

Therapy is a must, but I honestly cannot stress how much walking in nature helps with your overall mood, especially when you take the time to look around and listen.

I have a huge ass forest behind my apartment. Used to smoke and walk through it with my dog but since my dog died, then covid I haven't done that shit once.
 
Upping my water intake and cutting back the shit I engage in.

Taking myself out of so much shit washed me tho.
