4 - Acres - Greenhouse Garden, farms and, farmers market,

0.5 Acre - Hotel

1 Acre - sports complex

3 Acres - Three Schools from K-12 (Elementary, Middle, High), university, trades school

3.5 Acre - Housing for Middle Class Families

1 Acre- affordable housing condos

1 Acre - hospital, retirement home

1.5 - Acre - hydro plant (would have to be near a strong enough water source)

4 - Acre - Businesses, civic building

0.5 Acre - my private land

Transit line throughout.

Soon enough we gentrify the next towns over and inject more black businesses and look to build more homes for all classes. Rinse repeat sustain.
