That being said I'd set aside some land for some personal farming...
a section for solar panels to help power the homes that I plan on putting on the land.. sell off excess power back to the power company when possible.

The fam would all have their own separate houses.

Some rental properties on the outskirts to generate some more bread.

That's just for starters

If money was no object Id build a storage bunker with a shitload of supplies as well just in case the zombie apocalypse pops off lol
