What Was Your Favorite Subjects In School?

Government is a subject in the states?

Is that where they teach u to hate socialism and believe in the American dream?

Before college - Spanish, English/Language Arts/Phonics, Biology, Bodybuilding, Football (soccer).
College - Communications Design, Motion Graphics, Speech

Throughout all of my schooling Math was my least favourite.

I had a media literacy and sports medicine class that were fun learning

I took sports medicine in high school and really enjoyed it. I actually went to college to pursue sports medicine but ended up switching to Education. I can wrap an ankle like nobody business. I know everything works out for a reason. But really got discouraged when I realized that even the sports medicine profession was ruled by old white men. I had dreams of being a black Athlete Trainer for a professional NFL team.

I was good at writing papers.

In college I initially wanted to major in Communications, but I took Criminal Justice 101 as an elective and was fascinated. I switched my major to Criminal Justice.

I took all the Criminal Justice classes.

Math - I was always 1 yr ahead

I sucked at math. I took the hard courses because I thought I was smart. I took Algebra and Geometry and got Fs and Ds.

At the time I didn't know that all I had to do is take Math 108, which I took in college.

As it turns out, Algebra and Geometry is for people that aren't good at writing papers and can't read. I didn't learn until much later that a lot of people can't read but they're good at hiding it.

I worked at an investment banking firm and some of the day traders couldn't read but they were really good at math.

People's brains are wired differently. Some people look at the world as a quadratic equation, other people look at the world like a list from 1-10 (that's how I think). Or they look at the world in paragraph form.
