Welcome To aBlackWeb

What was their best role: Michael B. Jordan

Wallace s story was tragedy.... because he was this close to having a shot at life and ended up getting dead based on a rumor....killed by his day ones

it's been some years but I thought he was snitching to McNutty about what happened to Omar's "boy" and got popped when he came back to the hood.

The Wire overrated.

And season 2 is complete trash.

Ppl was just happy to see black ppl on HBO

Yea but they did not know that for sure...Stringer just thought he was snitching and was cleaning up loose ends anyway ...Wallace was a casualty of their paranoia

Between creed and fruitvale for me. I couldn't see someone else in those roles and because of his relationship with coogler, those performances stand out.

Wallace

Television shows have the chance unlike most movies to give viewers an opportunity to watch a character grow. The show gave Michael B. Jordan a great platform to explore and convey how some children cope with being in a rough environment. He was given great writing that made Wallace a multi faceted, confused and lonely character.

I personally haven't seen much of Michael B. Jordan's work outside of Fruitvale Station, Creed, Black Panther and The Wire but the characters he played in Creed and Black Panther are a tad bit similar in my opinion. I hope he ventures out and tries to do more diverse roles and not get pigeon held to playing a certain type of character all the time.

LLS it don't matter if they knew for sure. The nigga was actually snitching. Niggas ain't about to wait until they see his name on the witness list as they get their discovery package.

Wallace had been acting funny, started sniffing dope, then all of a sudden he up and disappears to go to his grandmother house in the country who he never talked about and nobody ever heard of.

Terrance Howard explains it perfect

Wallace so far. I like Killmonger as well.

Didn't like the movie Fruitvale Station at all.

Creed he was decent the story was just good as hell IMO
