Doki Doki Literature club was really my first foray into a visual novel game and whoever made this game made a really unique and unsettling game experience

I’ve been apprehensive about paying for them since there’s no real gameplay

like they would have to be a certain price or free for me

Luckily this was free and it’s a VN that subverts expectations and it breaks the 4th wall and does metaphysical shit that affects the game

It kinda set the bar high

It was cool

Maybe I will be more willing in the future

I'm not gonna be like someone and not list why it wasn't for me but I wasn't captivated by the story and some of the game mechanics also frustrated me.

It just felt like a bunch of button smashing without any of the usual satisfying feeling you tend to get from these types of games.

So I got to the final mission of the story for elder scrolls oblivion but I didn’t have enough potions and shit and leveled up.

After I beat it I made two other characters but I think some type of mage is best.

I still gotta finish a couple of other games
