Yeah lolI don’t even remember the prologue lol
That’s the stuff on the boat until you get attacked right?
I feel like I've been on both ends of the boat and down to the last level and still am lost as to what I'm supposed to be doing next

Going thru my backlog of unfinished games.
I never finished Control, so that’s what I’m doing now. After that, it’s the Alan Wake series.
Wish I could play Alan wake 2Finished Control & it’s DLC and Alan Wake Remastered & it’s DLC.
Starting Alan Wake 2 today.
I could never get into those Metal Gear gamesJust copped the metal gear collection on ps5. I never played any of them. Gonna run it along side Alan Wake 2.
Metal gear solid is easily one of the best games I've ever playedI could never get into those Metal Gear games

I don’t remember if the dialogue goes down as the story goes but I don’t think so@Suckio Andretti
Finally made it past the prologue and chapter 1
So far so good
My only issue so far is all the damn dialog. Got damn
I'm enjoying myself so farI don’t remember if the dialogue goes down as the story goes but I don’t think so
Falcom games are pretty story driven with dialogue.
only thing I can say is just accept it lol
It usually pays off
For what it’s worth, this game in particular perfectly captures what an adventure is
Are you using a controller? What I’ve noticed after playing 4 of their games now is I always have to change the button configuration to a more natural feeling oneI'm enjoying myself so far
I like the combat
Switching fighters is taking some getting used to cause I'm used to that button being an action button to fight
One fight I switched maybe 100x inadvertently

Like making X jump, circle dodge, sprint L3, and maybe triangle to switch? I can’t remember off the top of my head
That’s good you like the combat though. It’s relatively simple but it’s fun matching type vs type and it’s quick for the most part
Little brainpower needed but it’s enjoyable using different skills and upgrading them
