COMMUNITY What are you cooking in 2025?

preciate it. thats pretty much the route im taking tomorrow.

Chicken, Crab Meat, Chicken Andouille Sausage, Shrimps, Bell Pepper, Onion, Okra etc.

Gonna make the roux myself I just havent decided on what im using yet. I got that goose fat, I could use some regular olive oil or I got some beef tallow im considering. Leaning towards the goose fat. might be too much going on with the beef tallow
Goose fat in that? Might want to go simple before trying to get creative. Roux is just flour and oil. Need to nail down the fundamentals first or it will be a costly dish

I aint like how he didnt brown the sausage and chicken tho so I was gon remix it. And I wasnt using no damn claws either lol
