All the thanksgiving food over my folks house and I really didn't feel like driving over there after work and taking my daughter to her therapy appointment so I made chicken and shrimp alfredo tonight.

Some chopped up chicken thighs
Brussel Sprouts
sliced carrots
cucumbers
and jalepeno peppers

all marinated in Traderious Joes finest Thai Peanut sauce

Actually this might be my meal prep for the week
