This is kinda interesting. Verizon has been offering a Neflix/HBO Max package for a couple years now the same way they were offering a D+/Hulu package before those two merged.

Netflix still needs a sports league so I expect them bid for the champions league or World Cup rights, whenever they are up for renewal.

Why Apple ain’t put a bid in for WB/HBO? That would actually get people to subscribe to Apple TV.
