JT hasn't made a gang of R&B music? If you don't want him involved because you just don't rock with him, cool. But the reasoning you've given so far doesn't add up.

Comparing him to Gaga and Katy is disingenuous at best.

JT is aite... I wouldn't necessarily say I don't rock with him....

What I'm saying is.. from the jump, what d-nice has been doing and this whole verzuz shit has been highlighting those that have contributed significantly to black culture and coming together to make great moments during this rona shit.

While JT may have some R&B tracks... I personally don't think his contribution to black culture/music, if that's what you want to call it, is enough for him to deserve a verzuz highlight ahead of folks that have done so much more.

just my 2 cents tho

All that is cool but we have to acknowledge that the only reason JT is even being discussed is because Usher brought him up as an opponent for himself. This isn't a fan thing. This is who Usher thought he would match up well against.
