I liked the movie.
And I saw the coogler documentaries around it too....I know he had them in the black and red and green colors during the casino scene to represent the colors of the flag n all that...
The brother definitely did his homework... But the point is wakanda is a FAKE COUNTRY....
So if you make up a fake country with stolen elements from real places.... That's the very definition of misappropriate

The purpose was to build wakanda as a fictional African paradise with tons of borrowed elements from all over the continent to SELL THAT ILLUSION
I liked the movie, I keep saying I liked the movie, but my issues is that people fail to see shit right in front of them and call it what it is.
Wakanda is a fake place.. It's not real.
The fact that real Africans have taken issue with them making up a whole country and passing it off as a tribute and y'all won't even acknowledge the argument is why I just smile every time people come closer....
