I don’t know if Indo is any indication or if any parallels can be drawn with India but back there people live for football and due to the given their national team never qualifies for anything, they support other countries during cup times. Supermarkets, Restos etc all have bootleg national squad kit promos, flags everywhere etc shit is amazing. My father in law has been reppin Spain for decades and I trolled the shit out of him last week .
For example: in indo - at 2/3 am - you got millions of people watching the tourneys outside on parking lots repping different national squads etc, people going to spots specifically to support country a b or c etc.
So if Indo is any indication , you probably would have seen the same scenes from India if Brazil would have won.
