I think technically he could still run and be president while in jail. I think the Georgia trial would be the one that makes him ineligible to run for president but I doubt that'll finish before the election

It'll set a precedent that presidents aren't above the law

cuz from my experience they jus let me keep my socks, pants & shirt (even had to take my undershirt off)
