House party 1&3 were good. 2 was ass cheeks. But they also had a cartoon and a reboot

Gremlins only had two movies, but they had a dope animated series and a bunch of appearances in video games and movies all over..

Kobra Kai not only enchanced the original trilogy, they added to the legacy and makes that a top tier franchise.
