Mostly late nights after the children are in bed. Of course we are not able to go all out with the noise so we have TONS of pillows on our bed. lol
We have teenage sons and them Africans are blockers just like the little ones. lol

I also come home on the days that he has off and we get down while the kiddos are at school.
If all else fails and we can't get down in the house.
We take Loooooong trips to the grocery store. Our truck was very spacious. hahaha

There is always time...somewhere. You just have to maximize it.
