Once I put stuff in the freezer it’s over for me eating it

I’ve had to throw out hundreds worth of food on multiple occasions

It helps to have a vac seal. Keeps freezer burn away. All I do is vacuum seal my food. Helps when I don't feel like cooking. I'll just pull something already cooked from the freezer.
