So just ignore all the other comments that came out in those emails yesterday too? You're doing exactly what you're being critical of.
I said the straw that broke the camels back
not the only straw on the camels back
if the "fagg*t" email dropped 1st he wouldn't of made thru the wk end like he did w/ jus the big lip comment
that's clear as day
Fuck his Super Bowl was Tony Dungys
That's been the feelings on that SB since he won it. I don't even think Gruden has won a single playoff game since that season
Scorched earthJon Gruden when he finally does his interview about what was in the rest of those emails

Here's my question:
Legally, how could the Raiders have fired him, should he not offer to resign? If those e-mails was sent while working at ESPN, on what grounds would they have had?
You also are intentionally ignoring the rest of the contents of those emails to try and stick to your point because you've yet to actually mention those. You are stuck on the one gay slur and nothing else. So yeah you're guilty of the very same thing you're trying to criticize
do you understand what that phrase means (the straw that broke...)?
it means there were many contributing factors & then 1 of them pushed it over the edge
