You must not have noticed the people in the control center, the Assistant Principal, Tobias, Lala (because he's under Tobias), Lady Eve while she was alive, the street gang called The 100.....who's controlled by LaLa, whose controlled by Tobias, whose controlled by Proctor and his organization.
