Have you seen/felt the realistic ones? They've come a long way. They do fat transplant boob jobs now. The good ones r hard to tell.

Only beef ppl have is that they didn't come from nature, which don't make sense cuz neither do ear piercings n shit. Folks selective bout body modification.

I've felt silicone ones. they didn't feel bad and looked super natural. I think saline ones are the hard ones? I haven't felt fat transfer ones yet but they're basically just fat shots to the tit. Can't imagine them feeling too different from reg tits.
