plus the more you read about the obama yrs. the more you start to see how emanuel and biden were way more involved than what was let on. especially, biden. i see why mcconnell is so excited about a biden presidency.

But it dont really work this way cause presidents dont take laws they put into place with them on their way out.

Even if Bidens heart is in the right place, the next president could tell his AG to use the language in this law to charge BLM protestors are terrorists.

With that said, you also cant let what happened at the capitol happen again. So you got to do something.

Idk what that something is though. I dont have the answer. But lets not act like this law here cant be abused to hurt black people like laws in america tend to

You'd be shocked at how many Black folks believe the white American dream can be theirs too. It's way more than most think and you can usually tell when their ideas arent reform but simply replacing those currently in power so they can then do the same shit already being done they just would no longer be on the negative end of it

Just look at what’s happening on this board. Nothing but hate against Biden and he’s not even been sworn in yet. Somehow he’s the biggest threat to blacks while Trump was literally saying fuck BLM (the movement, not the organization) and not a peep from these folks. When white supremacists try to take over the Capitol they storm in here to shit on Biden. When Biden says exactly what we are saying about the difference in response at the Capitol they roll their eyes.

They don’t want real change. They don’t want to fight. If they did they’d go on Parler and talk shit to those white supremacists. Instead they jump in here and talk shit to their own as white supremacists try to keep their racist leader in office.

I doubt anyone is taking burn it all down literally. But the way its spoken about at times isnt done in terms of a real world scenario and what the real after effects would be both long and short term. And among the most important it doesnt seem to consider the inherent nature of humans to hoard power and resources. Some present the idea as if replacing this system with another one would eliminate all or even most of the ills that plague this society while ignoring that he very same people who would be crafty and ambitious enough to lead such a movement have often become just as corrupt as what they intended to replace.

So say you do get your wish and the system changes...how would you propose to ensure that people making the decisions arent simply life long dictators in charge til death or another insurrection? Because people who would gain that type of power ain't just about to give it up if the people ain't happy with their decisions.
