Depends on my mood. 90% of the time my mood is dry seasoning. If I'm prepping steak to mix into a dish though I'll marinate it. Occasionally I'll cook a steak marinated in olive oil, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and garlic and thyme though before I reverse sear it. Pretty bomb. But 9 times out of 10 I just cook steak as the protein to accompany some veggies
