ABC The Oscars 2023

I feel like Everything Everywhere All at Once is kinda overrated, but I ain't mad at it winning all these awards. I don't see how JLC won Best Support Actress though. I think it should have been Angela, but even if they thought EEAaO should get the nod, how was it not the daughter. Her performance was 1000 more substantial than JLC's.

One of them “Lifetime Achievement” awards tbh.

Like how they gave Denzel his 1st for Training Day, when that wasn’t even near his best performance and he should’ve had like 3 of them already, anyway.

Damn, I didn't even know buddy died last year. I liked him on L&O. You would think the Oscars would have people tracking the deaths.

Maybe, but Denzel actually gave an Oscarworthy performance. JLC wasn't even the best option from her movie in that category. lol

Yup that was surprising considering they didn't forget Ray Liotta

Bruh I been saying this for years. It's incompetance of the most high.

Color Purple not winning ANYTHING.

Pacino winning for Scent of A Woman( :foh5:), when he should've won for Godfather 1&2, and Dog Day Afternoon

Yeah, "The Color Purple" was completely ignored. Snubbed beyond belief.

Instead, what Movie swept the Oscars in 1985?

A Movie about 2 White People in Afrika.

You can't make this up.
