Anybody with any sense knows its not anti-semitic.

When you get to control your own narrative you can make things whatever you choose and fools are going to eat it up and your people being on code are going to back it up and give it even more validity when its all bullshit and they know its bullshit.

Trumps Claim New York AG’s ‘Anti-Trump’ Bias Taints Foundation Lawsuit

The Trump family and its foundation are trying—again—to argue that the New York attorney general’s office is pursuing allegations of self-dealing against them for purely partisan reasons.

In a Friday filing, President Trump, his three eldest children and the foundation noted that state Attorney General Letitia James, who assumed office in January, has vowed to ‘use every area of the law to investigate President Trump and his business transactions and that of his family as well.’”

They further alleged that James “ran on an anti-Trump campaign where she expressed grave antipathy and animus” towards Trump, referring to him as an “’illegitimate President.’”

The suit is “gratuitous and a misuse of public resources,” the foundation alleged, brought only because of the “clear bias” of the Democratic attorney general’s office.

James is the third attorney general to oversee the foundation case, which alleges that Trump used his non-profit to settle personal financial matters and advance his political career. The investigation was initiated by disgraced former Attorney General Eric Schneiderman, and his successor, Barbara Underwood, filed the suit in civil court last June.

Like Schneiderman, James is a sharp critic of what she sees as Trump’s abuses of the law.

The Trumps have tried to stake this claim of unfair political bias before, with little success. The President, Eric Trump, Donald Trump Jr., and Ivanka Trump sat on the foundation’s board.

Judge Saliann Scarpulla in November rejected the foundation’s motion to dismiss the suit, calling the allegations laid out in the petition “very serious.”

“I find that there is no basis for finding that animus and bias were the sole motivating factors for initiating the investigation and pursuing this proceeding,” Scarpulla wrote in the ruling.

In court, too, the judge has chided both parties for trying to drag her into a fight over partisan motivations.

“I know you all argued about political bias and stuff,” Scarpulla said at an October hearing. “I don’t want to get into that.”

“The color is whatever you put on it or the AG puts on it, but not something that’s interesting to me,” she added.

Trump in December signed off on an agreement to dissolve the foundation, with the attorney general’s office securing final approval over which charities receive the $1.75 million left in the foundation’s accounts.

The last filing discloses that another lawyer has joined longtime Trump attorney Alan Futerfas in handling the case. Marc Mukasey, son of the former attorney general and close ally of Rudy Giuliani, is now helping to represent the Trump family.

After Months Of Flirtation, Erick Erickson Finally Jumps On The Trump Train

Conservative radio host Erick Erickson has finally ended his two-year flirtation with the pro-Trump movement, declaring in a blog post on his website Monday that he will support the President’s reelection bid.

“In 2020, we’ll be asked to choose between a set of sinners and must decide which direction we want to go as a nation,” Erickson wrote, adding later: “I will vote for Donald Trump and Mike Pence. And, to be clear, it will not be just because of what the other side offers, but also because of what the Trump-Pence team has done. They’ve earned my vote.”

The shift toward Trump didn’t happen overnight. For months, Erickson has signaled, essentially, that the response on the left and in the media to the Trump administration was forcing his hand.

“I’m having an internal conversation with myself if I’m going to wind up voting for the President in 2020—given everything that’s happening,” Erickson told the Daily Beast in September as sexual assault allegations roiled then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation process. “And I don’t like the guy… but the left seems very intent in pushing me into his corner.”

Days after the 2016 election, Erickson ate crow about his prediction that Trump would lose.

“If I was wrong about the election, I am willing to admit I can be wrong about Donald Trump,” Erickson wrote in The New York Times, though he added in a warning: “Justifying sin in the acquisition of power is the very thing the Old Testament shows will lead to the downfall of faith communities.”

On Monday, while he twice acknowledged Trump’s “character issue,” Erickson largely brushed aside concerns about Trump’s actions as President.

“At this point I can head into 2020 knowing several things,” he wrote. “First, the behaviors this President routinely engages in are not going to change.” And second, Democrats “think children can be killed at birth, Christians should be removed from policy making positions, and the economy should be bankrupted to implement environmental policies that will not actually mitigate climate change.”

Much of the blog post — after a paragraph praising Trump’s contrasts with former President Barack Obama — focused on Democrats and the media, and included more than a few untruths.

Democrats, Erickson said, are “deeply, deeply hostile to large families, small businesses, strong work ethics, gun ownership, and traditional values.” And the media, he falsely said, unfairly criticized Trump for “continuing … the Obama policy of separating children from adults.” (In reality, Trump’s systematic separation of families via his “no tolerance” policy was unprecedented.)

“I am not looking for a messiah in politics and don’t have some religious sentiment tied to my vote,” Erickson wrote. “While I understand and accept the sincere conviction of some of my friends who have decided they will just sit out the process, I have decided otherwise.”

WSJ: National Enquirer Publisher Asked DOJ If It Should Register As Saudi Agent

National Enquirer publisher American Media Inc. asked the Justice Department whether it should register as a Saudi agent, the Wall Street Journal reportedMonday.

The newspaper reported that a redacted letter published by the DOJ’s Foreign Agents Registration Act unit was addressed to American Media.

The letter concerned the company’s release of a magazine praising Prince Mohammad Bin Salman, published to coincide with a visit he took to Washington in March 2018.

“According to your submission, [U.S. corporation] created and published [publication] [text deleted], to coincide with the visit of [foreign government leader],” the redacted letter reads.

The DOJ decided that American Media’s activities did not qualify it as a foreign agent under FARA.

The letter also says that American Media hired an unnamed advisor to the Saudi government to write an article for and edit the magazine, titled “The New Kingdom.”

The WSJ reported that the magazine included an editorial praising the Saudi leader by French financial advisor Kacy Grine, who has experience working in Saudi Arabia and who reportedly visited Trump in July 2017 with American Media CEO David Pecker and Chief Content Officer Dylan Howard.

Pecker admitted last year to buying embarrassing stories about Trump and not publishing them as part of an immunity-for-testimony deal with federal prosecutors investigating Michael Cohen.

A potential Saudi link to the National Enquirer’s troubles emerged last week, after Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos published a series of allegedly extortionate text messages from the company’s lawyers. Bezos wrote in a post about the threats that coverage of the murder of Saudi columnist Jamal Khashoggi had attracted their attention.

The “Saudi angle seems to hit a particularly sensitive nerve,” he wrote.

I know bruh. Because she's black you think she would have a connection but as you know, just because someone is your color doesn't mean they're your people. You looked at her as a symbol, but we have to get away from symbols and vet. Just because she went to Howard doesn't give her a pass. I knew about her fuckery back in 2017, when she didn't prosecute a bank. Hell, a person on this board even stated she wasn't to be trusted, and he was a Latino from the bay. (Can't remember the poster.)

Let's just put it out there right here, right now. This is the article I discovered back in 2017 that made me start vetting her sorry ass.

Here's a taste. Read the whole article:

Let’s take a look at a little bit of her history, and start with how she let Trump Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin off the hook following the financial crisis. As David Dayen wrote in his hugely important piece published last year.

Onewest Bank, which Donald Trump’s nominee for treasury secretary, Steven Mnuchin, ran from 2009 to 2015, repeatedly broke California’s foreclosure laws during that period, according to a previously undisclosed 2013 memo from top prosecutors in the state attorney general’s office.

The memo obtained by The Intercept alleges that OneWest rushed delinquent homeowners out of their homes by violating notice and waiting period statutes, illegally backdated key documents, and effectively gamed foreclosure auctions.

In the memo, the leaders of the state attorney general’s Consumer Law Section said they had “uncovered evidence suggestive of widespread misconduct” in a yearlong investigation. In a detailed 22-page request, they identified over a thousand legal violations in the small subsection of OneWest loans they were able to examine, and they recommended that Attorney General Kamala Harris file a civil enforcement action against the Pasadena-based bank. They even wrote up a sample legal complaint, seeking injunctive relief and millions of dollars in penalties.

But Harris’s office, without any explanation, declined to prosecute the case.

That’s not all. Harris was also coincidentally the only Democrat Steven Mnuchin donated to in 2016. As The Sacramento Bee reported:

Donald Trump, promising to drain the swamp, picked former Goldman Sachs executive and Hollywood financier Steven Mnuchin to be his Treasury secretary, fitting because Mnuchin helped fatten Trump’s campaign treasury as his campaign finance chairman. Mnuchin donated $592,600 to Republicans in 2016, including $430,000 to Trump, Federal Election Commission records show. A onetime Hillary Clinton donor, Mnuchin gave one donation this year to a Democrat, $2,000 to help elect Attorney General Kamala Harris to the U.S. Senate.

Thanks for keeping me out of prison Kamala!
– xoxo, Steven Mnuchin
