This is an exaggerated view of heart health. I eat horribly. I eat chocolate literally everyday (mostly dark chocolate). I just had my cholesterol done today, both HDL and LDL are fine.

Dietary cholesterol doesn't have as big an effect on cardiovascular health as we used to think. Transfats are no joke tho

That's true. But you remember how doctors used to always say avoid eggs, then it was don't eat the yolks, and now a lot say the cholesterol is good for ohealthy testosterone levels. Kind of like that. We used to say red meat is bad, but now there are entire diets built around only eating meat.
