I call BS on that. You can argue that Izzy has a more sophisticated striking style than Silva ever did. That's probably true, but he doesn't have that killer mode that Silva did. There's no way that Vettori makes it to a decision with Prime Silva.

Is Izzy better than Silva, fuck no. But dude has only been in the UFC for about 3 years. Lets give him time to build his legacy and 4-6 years from now, we will see where he stacks up.

Yes, the Maia and Leites fights were boring, but that's in large part because they were so scared to fight Silva that they ran and flopped on mat the whole night. Think about that for a second. The only people that made it to a decision against Prime Silva had to literally run away from him.
