Maybe it's just me, but it didn't even look interesting. The commercials didn't even make me want to see it on HBO Max let alone the theaters.

My 27 year old went to see it. She called last night and said that I'd probably like it, talmbout "It's like The Marvels, but if they did it the right way". To which I let out a sigh and told her I went to the movies to see the original flick back inna day and really have no desire to see this new joint.

Dunno, maybe she picked up something from my rants about how horrible The Marvels was 'cause I'm pretty sure she hasn't seen it. She still hasn't watched most of the MCU flicks/shows.

That’s true they wanna make Batman an old boomer so badly.

Only thing close Batman ever got as far as a young version is Batman Beyond and it’s not even Bruce Wayne.

They would definitely have to mess with Batman lore to make a super young Bruce Wayne as Batman work. I dunno. I’d rather they explore Batman Beyond more.

That’s what I was thinking. He wasn’t even Batman in his teens/early 20’s.

Could you imagine a brooding teenage Batman trying to deal with the trials of navigating high school, lol.

Well I guess they kind of did this in that TV show Gotham, right? They didn’t follow Bruce exclusively but he was young.

I didn't care for Mr. Terrific in the Superman movie, but I do like his character. He's basically Black Mr. Fantastic without the stretchy powers.

Yeah i think they made mr. Terrific a bit too jokey in superman, but im definitely interested to see the character in his own series. Show everybody the genius he actually is and it'll be cool to learn more about him. I just know hes a genius and martial artist and uses those spheres and can make them do damn near anything he wants. I dont know about a single villain of his though. I think they just give him other people's villains in the comics ive seen.
