Welcome To aBlackWeb

The official COVID-19/Coronavirus Discussion Thread...aka I hope I don't get the Rona

How many times have them people been wrong?
I respect how @ChicagoFigure went and did his research and found out about natural immunity vs being told the vaccine is more powerful then finding out it’s not.
So how many took it and didn’t need to?

same with booster shots. One dude say they are needed and the other says no you don’t.

but if the science don’t lie how can it be a difference in data?

them day to day niggas ain’t always right.
It's crazy bc it's like mfs are saying they can't dissect the info and form their own opinion.

"If it ain't in the headlines or fit my narrative I don't believe it"

We actually had a goofball in here hurling insults while genuinely believing natural immunity doesn't exist.

This might be one of my fav threads all time.

Shit even if you are proven wrong on every angle. At least you tried learning more than what you were told.

Never said they not always right. Nobody is always right at their job...but I'm guessing you'd trust a mechanic to work on your car vs someone who just started watching YT videos on how to fix your transmission

Last time I was in here, it was on page 843.

I didn't read 30 pages to catch up

I'll be here for a few pages before I dip again

Exactly! I respect what @ChicagoFigure brings to this debate 100%, but I’m not basing my health decisions on anything anyone says on a forum, including myself. Same way I wouldn’t work on my very complicated German cars based on YouTube videos.

I do choose who to listen to based on who I think is the most credible, the same way I choose one mechanic over another.

These same two posters still doin' the "I'm just askin' questions" and "but my natural immunity" are they?

I'm doin' the exact same thing.

Was hopin' to see more posters say they've waited long enough now and are ready to take the vaccine but lowe and behold, it's the same bs questions and anti establishment rhetoric from the beginnin' of the year

That analogy don’t fit here.

but ok let use it.
If you tire is wobbling and the mechanic says you need a new alternator. It don’t sound right so some may try to educate themselves to not be taken advantage of. No that don’t make you a mechanic. Just makes you more informed person.
Which no one should have issue with.

experts can be wrong and that’s ok.

No one is saying base it off this or that.
Mostly we all just exchanging info and sharing viewpoints.
And even in your post, you choose who you go to based off your own reasoning.

Damn near everyone said they will get it at some point. Some can’t get it or get it yet and some don’t want to be forced.

The analogy does work because even using your scenario even you were to be able to identify the problem and know what's wrong just like a sick person may be able to identify their symptoms you'd still need to go to someone who knows more than you to actually fix said item on your car. Yes experts can be wrong, but if your job is in sales then don't get shocked when someone will believe an actual medical professional over you when it comes to actual medical issues

no one here is acting like the know it all except one person maybe two.

no one is saying don’t listen.

for me, if some posts an article that has something I can relate to then I’m going to look into it.
If I need a more professional education, I’ll go the specialist. Crazy thing is, there is something called a second opinion. Even if they have differing veiws, at least you have more info to make an educated decision.

I said very early....shit I damn near begged people to just educate themselves. It wasn’t adding up to me and it’s still not.
It’s wasn’t about anything more than that.
If I called anyone out their name for making the decision to take the shot, imma hoe for that and I should apologize.

But I’m not going to stop posting the shit I know about being in the industry for 12 yrs and some other shit I got going on leading up to possibly getting the shot I’m not gonna speak on incase shit goes left. Lol

that’s why I say.....the loud niggas in this thread have a very surface understanding of this shit.

it’s a fun read tho
