I thought the point was criminalizing people intentionally putting out incorrect and detrimental information that can lead to people getting sick and dying... not just people "speaking against covid and the vaccine"

We aren't gonna get the full picture just misleading messaging

This whole breakthrough infections thing really doesn't mean much unless people with the vaccine are getting sick and hospitalized or dying. That's kind of the point of a vaccine, to keep you from getting severely ill or worse.

So while there isn't a complete picture showing how many breakthrough infections there are, there is a pretty clear picture that over 99% of people being hospitalized or dying are unvaccinated.
