I'm siding with the people who own the house party, just because I know most of those people in that neighborhood and all the ones complaining to the news are dicks and complain about everything. Those are the type of people who love HOA's and say everything they dont like negatively affects their property values.
Funniest part of that clip is that one guy complaining to that cop and saying it needs to be shut down, AS the cop is shutting the party down lol
In the video it says an LLC owns the house, but a retired & and current miami PD officer own the LLC. I could see 2 people pooling together their money to buy a mansion. They prob pay for it from the money they get from renting it out for porn & charging people to enter those parties.

IMO, it's two reasons....
1) Mainy people who don't want to be told what to do. It's a culmination of privilege, politicization, ignorance (willful and/or blissful) and arrogance.
2) VANITY; This is reason I haven't seen mentioned to often, but it's real.
