The incentive:
It's funny bc u don't have to be a virologist to know that viruses mutate. Every single one of them. So his answer is as though they didn't anticipate something that's basic knowledge. So either he's an idiot or he thinks we are.
I'm tryna watch the full hearing over the next week or two which is like 3.5 hrs long.
Only a half hour in and even tho this is "bipartisan" it really seems like Dems slobbing Fauci.
And if this is left to Republicans alone I just don't think they're capable enough to get it right.
