Like anyone making bets without bank protection is in danger if they get robbed before the outcome of their bet.....

I think if you make a bet, that money should immediately be unavailable for purchases or theft... It just makes sense....

Cuz if he doesn't do that, I'm just going to make a 15k purchase even though 10k of it is being put up for a bet Saturday
