Politicians never give the reality behind their promises. He’d need a majority of democrats on the Supreme Court or have control of both houses of Congress to re-implement Roe.

Even then, as we saw in his first 2 years, there’s complications even with those factors in place.

I think it could have been done 2 years ago when Dems had the slight majority, but now they're just going to use an issue to drum up support from the base.
