The Game Is The Game
But if you care about labor, family, and America-First, a Trump win isn't that bad.
WHAT
THE
FUCK???????
But if you care about labor, family, and America-First, a Trump win isn't that bad.
Just a tad hypocritical lol
Then what are you arguing exactly? Cuz I pretty much agree with you. I'm just pointing out that them constantly having to reaffirm their trans support by the overly vocal minority, was largely used against them.I guarantee you that not a single poster on this whole site knows anyone close to them in real life that has actually had to deal with gender affirming care.
Even then, who gives a fuck?
What trans rights are you talking about specifically? Everything that Trans people have ever fought for falls under the Civil Rights Act. The only reason and I mean only reason why Trans people are even being so vocal about their rights is because Republicans are specifically targeting their rights. Why is that hard to understand?
That was your first one? Mine was listing abortion in the unnecessary bullshit policy that got the wtf lmaoWHAT
THE
FUCK???????
Republicans have literally killed all of those agendas. You're trying to blame Democrats for not being able to pass shit that Republicans will never agree to unless Democrats have a Super Majority which will only happen if people overwhelmingly vote for Democrats.
Damn Dis, you're really enjoying rubbing it in their faces
The benefit to Trump and Republicans winning is that maybe the Democrats will not go around thinking that their pathway to victory isn't waiting for White people to be a minority and being as moderate as possible.
Now that abortion and trans rights and all the other unnecessary bullshit policy is off the table, hopefully labor orientated Democrats are willing to step up to the table.
These far-right, nationalistic Republicans are better than the Democrats in how talk publically about securing labor for citizens. I think the right Democrats can pressure Republicans to live up to their word. These Republicans aren't going to support unions but they can be talked into will better wages for to support families.
People would actually want to vote for Tim Waltz. This campaign should inspire him to run for president because he has the right policies and tone for the country in this time.
There are domestic upsides to Republicans winning for the labor and nationally orientated far-left. If you were one of those people that were concerned abortions, gender affirming care, immigrant rights and Gaza, these Republicans don't give a fuck.
But if you care about labor, family, and America-First, a Trump win isn't that bad.
The dems brough shit that at every turn that didn’t matter to the majority of Americans. They were trying to please such minuscule percent of the population they just fucked themselves and voter turnout showed
I should of prob been more specific, hopefully I explain it good enough so you get what i mean.
The gender affirming care for minors thing & trans rights in general. I know the extreme lefties were all for it & constantly bring it up, clearly showing its the only thing they care about. I'm not saying all Dems were for it, but I dont really recall anyone really speaking out against w/e they're outraged about, no matter what it is. Look like they were afraid of the negative press. So they'd say nothing and if they were forced to comment, they'd do the whole, "I support everyone" and do the fake support dance.
Because of this annoyingly loud minority, constantly bringing this up every chance they get & somehow getting actual press for it, Dems were kinda constantly forced to have these issues up front and say they support it.
Republicans used that to to make up all kind of lies that im positive gave them votes.
You still haven’t said how you plan to take advantage of the democrat loss you been praying for.
It’s more the seven trans kThen what are you arguing exactly? Cuz I pretty much agree with you. I'm just pointing out that them constantly having to reaffirm their trans support by the overly vocal minority, was largely used against them.
And id go one step further. Pretty sure like 99% arguing against gender affirming care dont even know a trans kid. Yet successfully used it as a fear tactic to get votes.
The talk about abortion was another topic that if she won, she she had no control over changing. What are you talking about? Democrats ran on issues that are overwhelmingly popular across the board. What are these things that you're saying don't matter?
Abortion is literally one of the most popular agendas. It's so popular that last night alone, 7 states legalized abortion even though Republicans won across the board.
What are these minuscule things that you're referencing? Universal income, abortion, money for housing, student loan forgiveness, legalized weed, free healthcare. These were all things that Democrats ran on. Which one of those is unpopular? The majority of Americans support all of those things. That's why they win down the ballot. Abortions and weed are legal in more than half of the States in this country.
Theres videos where Trump supporters can't name a single thing he had passed during his time as President but still were gonna vote for him again lolThe problem is.. Trump doesn't even care about that shit. A huge part of Trump's appeal is that he's mastered the art of convincing people of the American Dream being actually possible for them. Most folks who are middle aged grew up during the time when Trump was held up as being what being the great American businessman was all about. And they're still clinging to that image and hope of one day being able to be Trump too.
Trump wasn't running on policy. He was running on apathy and letting people think they could be him too one day
... And this response is why nobody wants to vote for Democrats and can't stand Democrats lol.
Every single one of y'all fetch water for their inability to actually make people wanna vote because they do nothing inspiring.
I don't expect Republicans to support any of those agendas, their job is to oppose them. Their job is to get big flashy wins for their base, so their base goes out and vote for them.
Democrats don't receive any political pressure because most of y'all go around fear mongering and shaming people for not giving a fuck about Democratic candidates that don't offer anything besides token shit.
Y'all do the same thing every time y'all lose:
1. Blame minorities.
2. Blame non-voters.
3. Call people stupid for voting against their best interests as if you know what their interests are.
But y'all never blame Democrats for running the most uninspiring, bland, middle of the road campaigns since 2008.
Folks are saying black women got duped by white women again. Smh. Still following behind white women, smh.
WHAT
THE
FUCK???????
I think the only way Democrats win is to stop courting voting blocks (LGBTQ, women, blacks, Latinos, etc.) separately. If Trump’s victory has proven anything, it’s people are not a monolith and are going to vote on things that impact them personally. And most people’s primary concerns are money and safety. That’s why economy and immigration was top of mind for most people and Latinos white women, and black men broke more for Trump.
Unfortunately that means they will not specify benefits specific to black people as a collective anymore. But we were already deeply divided if arguments on this board are any indication.
