In order for him to get it done the people needed to do it need to take him seriously. That’s a base quality in any leader. With the shit he’s done and said, no one is going to take him seriously. Plus those things just tell me he does not have the capabilities needed to lead such an initiative.
The implementation of the idea is more important than the idea itself. Ideas are easy, execution is hard.
