Lol you would think Barcelona is selling their rights to the Saudis the way you're framing this

To go from more than a century of no shirt sponsor, then to have one in 2006 and it be the charity UNICEF where Barca paid them...

Now they're in a position of modern commercialisation of the game, where EVERYTHING Barca can either be monetised or sold off (e.g. stadium naming rights to Spotify, future revenues to VCs)

I'm comparing Barca of pre-2006 to Barca 16 years later....it's sad!

You mentioned Saudis but it was in fact Qatar and their airline shirt sponsorship being the catalyst 😂

@Blue_London Man, our boy Kovacic stays injured. Now i understand why Tuchel is eager to get another midfielder. Hopefully Kante - Jorginho can play well against Spurs.
